My Oral Village announces the completion and public presentation of the Sierra Leone OIM Wiki (SLOW), a free and open source repository for the Salone OIM Library developed last year in partnership with the Bank of Sierra Leone and the New Salone Woman Organization. The wiki forms part of our commitment to ensure that all OIM resources are freely available for use by any NGO or other organization, non-profit or commercial, wishing to provide higher quality financial services to unschooled and poorly-schooled adults. Anyone can set up a profile, download existing resources and propose new ones. The wiki will also act as a forum for discussion of issues related to the needs of this vulnerable population, ways to serve those needs, and good practices.
