Roheena Ali Shah is a development professional and gender specialist with extensive experience in gender equality, social inclusion, and rights-based programming across Pakistan and international development contexts. She has worked with various non-profit organizations contributing to policy development, gender mainstreaming strategies, and inclusive program design.
Roheena brings strong expertise in intersectional gender analysis, women’s economic empowerment, community engagement, and advocacy for marginalized populations, including people with disabilities, illiterate communities, and vulnerable communities.
